I think Premier is out of contention , anyway Premier hirer also hard to find .
So last culprit could be TransCab , i personally encounter they always shortage of spart parts knn , before i resigned a few months back .

Could be another story, we have not hear from the hirer or the service people, let us be more professional here. , now you know why it take 5 months to sentence the SCDF chief.
Hirer may stand that relief damaged all those external superficial part, the rear light bracket, the side mirror, the wipers..so he have to take responsibility for it, already told him to change it himself, I already bear with him for so long because I can hardly get a relief around my area
Technical service peoples might said, we only service the engines and safety aspect of the vehicle like steering wheel , brakes, but when we saw the real light bracket broken, we asked the hirer if want to pay for it, he said let his relief settle it, he is the one who broke it.
Something like this..
CDG got certain parts need to pay if due to drivers negligence.
Especially tyres....certain engine parts or undercarriage if beyond repair and very obvious is drivers fault also need to write statement and company will access whether drivers need to be penalize or not.
Parts being damage especially incurred high cost of repair, had to be treated accident claim, $1k will be lost and black mark by company. Eg like overheating, band the wall, damaging of undercarriage especially for Mercedes cab as the transmission gear box is under the vehicles.
Mechanics will access case by case basis. No suka suka 1, of course if damage is not severe, out of good will, they might offer to help you.
And the rules of taxi driving....whoever driving the vehicle at the point of time are responsible for the wrong doing, it should show clearly in the log book..
The scenario i give above refers to CDG mercs cab
I send in the mercs to sin ming workshop when the undercarriage cover dangling and hirer on holiday, mechanic head say must pay, did i pay ? of course not la, where got super relief pay one ...
To TS, better throw key la, you scared cannot find another hirer meh ?

Jeremny is relief for a Toyota Wish 2.0L
He love that car so much . . . no heart to throw key .
CNG always gave him headaches .
Automatic switch to petrol lar , car jerky lar , traffic lights sekali engine off lar ....
Then his hirer like machiam machiam type , everything pushed to Jeremy go settle .
Also same , only during Jeremy's shift , things happened .
Jeremy always text me ask how ?
I always tell Jeremy : " Tow back "
My WISH aircon not cold, so I went to TC workshop.
Mechanic says Fan not running. Change.
That was last Sunday.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,...but the aircon still not cold. (have to admit it is slightly better)
Open bonnet check the viewglass for the freon. Nabey, No Freon Gas.
Tomorrow gonna waste Peak hour to get it fix.
This is how they work. One problem need 2 to 4 visits.
Next time I will tell them what to fix, cannot leave it to them.

Car jerking badly the other day...straight away go workshop tell them change spark plugs....than come out smooth smooth already
Knn...is like tat lah...nowadays where got engineer....they are called changineer....what things spoil just tell them to change!
We are the driver cum engineer at the same time and they are the changineer.

I believe his hirer is also getting fed up with his company, and maybe waiting to end contract, and since a relief comes along, just ask him to care for it.
