As for myself, my experience with them was as followed:
- Jan 12, collide with a saloon car and they damaged my left front wish Headlights and bumper.
- Due to lack of inexperience in handling, I unaware of the procedure and left without copying down the driver particular.
- I told my ex-hirer that I will repair at my expense (which was done) but he insist on informing the co which I duly abide just informing.
- Somehow, the informing of the accident dept become a case and they demand me to pay $1070 in order to continue to drive.
- When I confronted them, they still insist the $1070 and when i asked how long can get back and thier reply is to wait for 6 years for the case to mutually closed.
- I have been to the Defu lane for 3 times to see Jxxx but all failed and even the accidental dept given me her HP, she failed to response all my call and msgs. (Maybe kanna sabo)
- One thing that make my informing becase a case is that they submit my case with a police report that I didn't make. When I confronted, they act blur...
- Thus, with no response and no choice just have to forfiet my deposit to them in Mar 12 and proceed with others co. For me, Life will still move on as usual. Just lesson learn.
This is just my sharing and hope that every of the Reds will aware of this co act and pls response carefully.

i am dealing with motor car insurance and also third party claim and will share some knowledge about claims
1. for leevenus07 since you did not mentioned about how both car collide, base on the amount of excessTC requested you to pay, look like is a 50-50 case which likely you both party will not win and i would say don't expect to get back your $1070
6 yrs is for case that need to goes court when either party refuse to give in, you case normally 6-9months will closed case liao as damage doesn't look so bad base on what you say
For the case mentioned by ah pool, i only can say transcab out to conned the hirer or relief,
transcab now like using the same pattern which another taxi coy is applying
that is , over their end , things seems to likely settle in a normal insurance claim but on the other end they will tell a different story to the driver whether at fault or not at fault since i have handle such similar case before,
it is like transcab pay excess $2140 and balance repair cost bear by insurance coy than the other hand give different story and say ask who ever driver to pay up the full cost. so they still make about 3k from the case

7% charge by insurance company, maybe CDG bear it, but do note CDG excess has many type for different driver, base on driving experience for them

imo , the private run taxi cos are the most busok when it comes to accident claims.
CDG is errr oh well the fairer of em all.
TC whether at fault or not at fault , they ask u to pay $2140 then come and talk. And i tell u Jasmine when it comes to accident cases , she is damn farking strict and heartless one.

seen her in action once at the office, she told the TD , u wanna come out the car can! bring $2140 here first then talk.
