Story again . . .
A few years back , big news , unprecedented .
An old man taxi driver actually sued a passenger for not helping him load and unload of luggages .
After the cabby injured his back loading and unloading the luggages .
He sued the passenger !
The court ruled in favour of the taxi driver .
Passengers told to compensate medical fee for the taxi driver and some legal cost involve , plus some compensation for loss of income due to injuries .

If u can provide medical reports . . . u are allowed to excuse from loading and unload luggages , knn LOL .
