Komoco ever said when launching the i40....that it will not be used as taxi. Maybe due to poor sales, they going to u-turn?

There's those fuel saver for diesel available since long time ago.
During my early 20s, I own a mini van which is the Renault Kangoo. Which is also turbo charged. I got the fuel saver attached in my fuel line of the engine department after my club members mass ordered it. Overall engine feels more smooth and powerful with about 10-20% increased mileage.
So right now try van is with my friend which I rent to my friend long term till van scrap. Duno should I take out the fuel saver and apply it on the cab or not.
Anybody got any experience with these so called fuel savers and using it currently?
Its something like this but not exactly this brand.
