Actually, LTA should implement an ERP gantry after the departure hall and use that to regulate the demand for taxi and do away with the airport surcharge.
If pax more than taxi, the Airport exit ERP charge will go higher and higher till more taxi comes in.
If taxi more than pax, the Aiport exit ERP charge will go lower and lower till less taxi comes in.
This Airport exit ERP charge will be live all over Singapore.
If Airport exit ERP charge chiong to $10, more taxi will chiong to airport.
If Airport exit ERP charge dive to $0, no taxi want to go there.
Once the Taxi with the pax leave the airport and go through the airport exit ERP gantry, the IU will beep, like that pax has no choice.

I thought the surcharge is LTA Regulation?Tell them its regulation, if don wan to take, what to do.
I believe these are experienced cheapo Taxi commutters.

She took taxi because she late, and will kena screwed by boss.
She dressed more like General Worker type.

remember one time at T2, ah neh don't want to go by meter, i stand outside shout at the marshal this pax don't wan to use meter and i don't want to take them, in the end pax lan lan get in -
