  A taxi driver was jailed for six months on Wednesday for molesting his Indonesian maid and insulting her modesty.

  Chua Chee San, 42, had admitted to hugging the 24-year-old Indonesian maid from behind about two weeks after she had started work for the family in Senkang in October 2010.

  He also admitted to exposing himself to her in January 2011.

  The court heard that after the first incident, the maid complained to her female employer who confronted Chua. He then apologised to the maid a few days later.

  Sometime in January 2011, the maid was washing the master bedroom toilet when Chua pulled his underwear down to knee level and exposed himself to the victim.

  The maid informed her female employer about the incident and the latter scolded him.

  In September 2011, the maid sent a feedback form relating the incidents to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

  The MOM officer reported the matter to the police in October 2011.

  Maybe cannot.

  I remember the LTA officer says got 2 major checks when you pay the $40.

  One for Major Traffic Offences,

  and another for Criminal Background.

  Can drive la...go in 55 also can as long your TDVL not revoked.

  Got 1 case, sell contra band cigarette, Silver Cab driver, news also came out, went in 3 years, get his friend to dong the cab until release, now still driving the same cab and recently just strike first prize.

  If before you get TDVL, than I don't know. Of course if you went in too often, you won't think of becoming a taxi driver....very normal. Inside also never teach you to be a taxi driver..lol
