Meyer Rd AFTER ARTHUR RD 1 car space lane per direction?

If car enter from Fort Rd into Meyer Rd, AFTER ARTHUR RD, the 2 car space lane will become only 1 car space lane for each direction? After entering Meyer Rd from Fort Rd, I was coming up to Equatorial Apts on the left, the first apt immediately after the Arthur Rd, the road indicates 2 car space lane become 1 car space lane. I already gave ample signal to turn left. As I was turning in leftwards, I and my passengers notice a woman crossing in front of the main entrance so my passengers say ok la let her to cross, so I slowed down to stopping just outside the apt, vehicle already slanted towards leftside, left signal still on. Then the woman decided not to cross, then my passengers say ok la, let her cross dont cross, so we go, so I turn the steering wheel more and wanted to move more leftwards. Suddenly this Red Transcab dashed out from right behind me (it was stopping behind me when I stopped to take left) and somehow squeezed thru exactly small space of road between the apt entrance and my left side. I immediately braked but that Transcab make sure he continue to charge forward until his back right side is almost touching my left front side, then he brake. We both stopped for 1 sec, then he drove off like nothing happen. My passengers was shocked, there was another car exiting the apt think they should also see. My passengers say they willing to help me if anything but there is nothing seriously happened. The Meyer Rd 1 car space lane is actually quite wide, I hope to know about Meyer Rd and other roads if like that

What talking you? You turning left and yet can let a Wish squeeze from you left? Means you keeping right of the road and want to turn left? WTF you are doing? If says want to do u turn on small road of course keep left then turn right full due to the narrow road. But you turning left into the Apt leh. You drive bus or taxi? LOL

are you driving or your pax if holding the steering wheel. you being the driver will have better vision and control, your action could result accident especiall when you know it is a merging lane. especially this case what you doing had confuse other driver, go or don't go type on the road , very dangerous lor

turn right but move left first (or vice versa) encroaching into next lane to make turning easier.
Damn irritating and very dangerous habit!
