  I have got a friend , say after work drink nearby coffee shop and drive home .

  I told him like that also dangerous , he said so far still okay .

  Best advice : Park your cab at home , walk to coffee shop and drink all you want , then take a cab home .

  U can spent $5.50 per bottle of beer , one after another , taxi fare is nothing .

  Take note even if you drink and sleep in the vehicle, still could be charge for drink driving

  Depends on scenario also and how you answer to the traffic police if being question.

  Wont elaborate more..cos i dont encourage drink driving

  thot they can only charge you if you sit on the driver side. if you sit/sleep on the front/back passenger seat, on what basis can they charge you?
