not sure if the female pax in the cab got put on seatbelt or not but I guess most likely don't have..
noticed not many pax will put on seatbelts after getting into the cab..

Ferrrari : Driver died, probably didn't wear seat belt. Lady passenger survived, probably wore seat belt. Taxi : Lady passenger died, probably didn't wear seat belt. Driver survived, probably wore seat belt. So the morale of the story .... please wear seat belt even if you are a passenger on a taxi. Personally, no matter I am in front of behind .... I wear seat belt. Why? Because accident do happens .... and you wouldn't want to be "not prepared" for it.
