  As a TD,every day on the road for 10~16 Hours,
  we sure have chance to see all kind of number plate.

  And understood that::
  SBS : SBS Transit Bus
  SMB : SMRT Buses
  SZ/SZA : Rental vehicle
  MID : Singapore Armed Forces vehicles
  QX : Emergency & Law-enforcement agencies (政府人车）
  Sxxxx CC: Vehicles of the Consular Corps
  Sxxxx CD: Vehicles of the Diplomatic Corps 

  RU: Restricted Use vehicles, a special category where taxes are not paid. A vehicle with such a licence restricted to certain areas, for example a pushback truck within Singapore Changi Airport grounds or shuttle buses on Sentosa Island.

  I think it's use by Yankee personnel base here, saw few vehs bearing such plates.... All ANG Moh drivers. I could be wrong though hehe

  Ya those AMK navy based at Sembawang wharf. Wah how come drive such pathetic car? I thought Ang Mo tua kee? Lol not anymore. More and more cheapo heartland AMK spotted at HDB coffeeshop market. Lol

  They are very knowleadgeable people , esp talking about car plate numbers , bus routes , taxi shortest route , need how long from Point A to Point B .
