WRONG ROUTE

yesterday took a passenger fr Dempsy hill to Serangoon central,she ask to go by farrer road,Lornie,braddel.reaching the fcuked up junction,left braddel road,centre don't know what ,right als0 don't know what.i got confuse,ask her,she pointed say straight up,i got confuse went wrong way!then passengers fcuked me up!threaten don't pay fare!luckily we still manage to reach her place.then she pay me $13 out of the fare of $14 plus!can she do that while we can't do a thing about it!

normally I give discount, BEFORE the pax ask for it, if I go wrong way. Self imposed penalty.
Remember, never loose ur cool.
If pax says "&#-%*#+ *#62-%8%-,7%7-"
Just reply, "Yes mam".
Smile, it helps to reduce anger.

Pax muz know one thing , 3 keywords ' I dont pay!' can make a TD go siao or crazy.
so 1 angry pax and 1 going to get crazy TD = problem.
So dont say ' i dont pay!' gets on our nerves.

From the TD side , auto a bit , mistake made and if Pax is pissed , offer a discount, need not be a chunk off , a rough estimation on wrong distance travelled will do
i had one lady pax relate to me before
From Penjuru to Harbourfront , TD went up the ramp at west coast highway all the way to the exit leading to keppel rd / ECP , kena huge jam , detour via AYE - lower delta then to harbourfront. No discount offered , fair for pax? should she be pissed? i think she ought to.
if both sides can auto , then it will be a wonderful world :D

Ya man, some of these ramp up the highway have to be careful, west coast highway is one of them, serangoon, farrer and adam, bartley east from Tampines to bedok north, if up ramp..jialat liao -

If you are the pax and TD takes longer route and dun wanna discount, how do you feel?
The route she asked you to take is standard. That's why she was so frus you got it wrong.
If not sure of the way, must be super ON and look out for sign boards all the way!

i never say i didn't give discounts!i always give whether the passenger automatically deduct themselves or i offer. what to do,i am a newbie.i find the road signs at this junction bet braddel,lornie,thomson quite confusing,the other one is the upper serangoon roundabout!

FT like to take advantage and bully TD if you do not know your rights
once i took a FT from ardmore park
along the way ask why i took a that route so far so expensive blah blah blah
i ask how much she normally pay
and she say S$3.00 , i immediately jam brake and stop and ask her to take another cab, cos that time peak hour start meter already S$4.00 !
in the end she say "ok ok i'll pay i'll pay"
halfway again she grumble so far so expensive , i jam brake and stop again
then she say "ok ok i'll pay i'll pay" and i continue to drive again
that journey start stop many times haha

members , u see what a season driver can do ?ruthless i always called it , regardless of CDG or TransCab , although such acts don't usually come from a CDG driver .

When i reached Swissotel Stamford , they said i sent them to the wrong hotel , it's the one at Merchant Court .

Before we reached Merchant court , that Indian Brits asked me : Can u stop the meter for good ? Cos u went to the wrong hotel ."
Do u think i argue ?
No lah , i explained when they are on board my cab , due to insurance policy , my meter has to be running until they alight .
So upon reaching , fare $24.20 , i asked : " It's $23 fine with you ?'
"That $1.20 dun actually make me a millionaire overnight , but it certainly can make u happy ."

fcuk today took one lady passenger fr Changi business park to woodlands,reach destination fare was $28.70,she gave me $50 then she says she got 70 cents,but the fcuk meter suddenly revert to normal fare $22 and peak hour $6,i got confuse i gave her change $28,she just keep quiet!some more she was staying in a big terrace house!why must the stupid meter always revert to normal fare and extras,i always got confuse and only see the upper part!

right hand lanes - will lead u to upper thomson... marymount (outside shunfu part)...
left hand lanes (go down the bridge) - to bishan.... thomson rd... can also go to upper thomson...
got one veri akward lane in the middle for u to filter left - bring u UP another bridge... go to CTE... Toa Payoh...

the funny thing about going wrong or long routes for me is that everytime i did that (unintentionally of cos), i got tips.. whereas go the correct way always no tips.. duno why.. maybe pax thinks this guy should be new, so give him some monetary encouragement..

Great world city, BOTH side de taxi stand... got ang moh blur blur go take 2nd cab in queue... Then 1st cab (CDG) dulan, so die die dun move, and since it's 1 lane drive, 2nd cab cannot go out, so horn and horn and horn and horn... 1st cab still die die dun go out... Actually I think 1st cab TD also no wrong, since he 1st in queue... the 2nd cab also not auto one, can at least tell pax to go to 1st taxi ma, why keep horn and horn, so noisy >__> Then the person next in line say she scared go take 1st taxi, scare the unker face black black, so also stand there like statue...
I wait until pek cek so I go to the other side de taxi stand, KNN SAME CASE... end up I go back GWC drink tea for awhile then go down take taxi >___> -

Middle lane up the bridge is newly added one, just a few years ago.
