What is Transcab $2 surcharge for ??

  China lady married to local few yrs back complained not only to Transcab but she not ignorant of the law also complained to LTA as reported in Shin min last nite paper. At around noon time on a wk day,this TD charged her $6.72(inclued $2 surcharge) fr around Outram rd to somewhere in Peoples Park. She queried about the $2 but was rudely challenged her to report.

  All this ah tiong are a pain in the neck.... always ask why meter show $4.00 , why u collect $1 extra? i always shout back to these cb tiong.. cant u see the $1.00 below the big $4? Tis tiongs come to our country , act like big f****, dun know how many more will come in to singapore..

  Best ATB I take is from RWS. KNN press location surcharge $3 kpkb. She claim everyday take from there also no surcharge why I special must charge her surcharge. I KNNBCCB her almost want to bring her to police station then she pay.
