This is a judgement made by CJ Chan Sek Kiong in a case involving a taxi driver. The driver had noticed that his passenger had left property totalling 11k in the front seat after dropping him off in front of his house. The TD then 'seized' the property and sold it. He got 3 weeks jail. The CJ stated:
A taxi driver is in a special position vis-à-vis his passenger. The taxi driver provides a transport service to the passenger for a fee and a passenger, in purchasing the service, not only entrusts the safety of his person but also custody of his property to the taxi driver during the journey. If the taxi driver finds lost property in the taxi, he should return it to the passenger if he knows who he is and where he lives. If he does not have such knowledge, he should place the goods within a reasonable time with the taxi company. At the very least, a taxi driver has a legal obligation not to take his passenger’s property, and in my opinion, this duty should be enforced strictly and vigorously.
yah but sometimes we wan to return the customer kpkb say muz immediate

Law should be:
Found items, surrender to the proper authorities, for recovery by owner.
If after 6 months no claim, item should go to the finder.
If the finder, also don't want it, it should be auctioned off.
Unfortunately, in Singapore such rule is not practiced.
You find, you keep, you pray.
Don't pray, pray ah.

Throwing away is not an offence, keeping is. Of course if you find a ten dollar note with no other identification, then keeping it may not constitute an offence - I didn't copy the whole judgement but the Hon CJ did mention something to that effect earlier on.
But if you find thousands, then different story, nobody is gonna forget dropping a few thousands.

Of course, under age the law has been changed, no commercial sex below 18 years, in or out of Singapore. Don't think if go Vietnam call 17 year old, no offence, if case blows up, you can still be charged in Singapore court as if it happened in Singapore.
Btw age of consent is 16, but you cannot pay for below 18. If 16 to 18 year old offer you free, then no offence.
Also same for boys below 18 and above 16, I know some ppl prefer duck to chicken.
Sometime is really not our problem, in times of PNG non stop peak period time, one after another, the pax might had dropped his wallet or expensive phone or pads, but the next pax might had took it, we got no time to see the back seat, for me, only Yusof Ishak face, I can see, the rest mostly black black, same color with the mats and seats, then pax said we took it, knn, very unfair leh

make it a habbit to turn your head to look at the rear seat once pax alight...
