In close examining it, 3 situation
1, if hammer bangs her rear, hammer can be wrong,
2, if she bang into hammer side, hammer most likely is right and safe, but more importantly
3. if hammer bang into her side, both wrong.

I dunno if TP will take action if you submit the video. Personally I don't think they will, at the very most, only a stern warning will be issued to the other party.

For Accidents or Near-accidents, in the order of Preference.
1) No Accident
2) Accident but clearly other party at Fault
3) Accident but not clear who at Fault
4) Accident and Clearly self at Fault
In your case, it is Case No. 1

From the video, can see you are driving a white Merc and you have some name card (black) on the dashboard.
May be should keep to the right lane (defensive driving), to prevent being hit by some kuku driver who never stop and give way.

Bros Hammer,i think you have a case here.I think must give this type of reckless driver a lesson before others road user become a victim.Submit the video to TP and see what they reply.If no action taken,then i think i better sell away my car DVR as it come to no avail even the proof is already there.

she is coming out from CTE(AYE)into moulmein rd, and hammer is proceeding towards moulmein rd from balestier road.
hammer is proceeding straight after he entered the slip rd towards moulmein rd, but the lady driver is coming out from the moulmein rd exit slip rd, so the give way line is meant for her to obey.

Lady driver should follow these rules
1. Give way to traffic on the right.
2. Obey give way sign.
3. Give way to traffic on major road.

Just imagine you siam that car and banged into other motorist on your right or others banged into you when you sway right... then the idiotic culprit "BO DAI JI" drove off leaving the unlucky one behind at the scene...
By the way, did she apologize to you when you stop beside her at the mandalay rd junction? I guess she just stare at you like "what's wrong?" correct?
Anyway it's a good thing no accident happened, so who says TDs are always the culprit in reckless driving?

This is what the camera will do , we taxi drivers on the road so long hours , and with more and more kukus given driving license , i dunno what other than camera can protect our ass really ?
