  Sunday used to be very good with connections , everywhere need taxis .

  Even need to book a cab . . . now taxi stand everywhere taxis .

  Singaporeans are realistic one .

  Cheap taxis they wait , plus another 25% they take MRT . Until MRT broke down due to over loaded .

  So when taxi in high demand , they sure got whack one .

  For night shift after 9pm, I can't comment cause I don't drive until so late.

  Day shift for CDG's taxi, recently got this funny situation. Is very difficult to find pax on street, but the current jobs keep coming in, and it force you to secure the current job or else you will be joining the 'green light' gangs driving around the estate like chicken without the head.

  So how strong is CDG's call? You won't know without driving one. No destination? Knn, afternoon 1pm, give you 'sai', you also will swallow..hahaha

  Advance booking? Time wasted? Not worth while? After 6pm, you will realized, should just put that finger onto that bid button....

  For white, we do enjoy what normal cab enjoying, and seriously, nowsday, me treasure any calls that come into my MDT, regardless of timing and type of booking.

  for me reverse i rely more on sweeping than taking calls maybe

  Strange leh.

  A few days ago, I was sweeping for about 15 mins, no pax. Then manage to get one pax.

  When Pax boards, he says waiting for almost half hour no taxi.

  I cannot find Pax, He cannot find Taxi.

  Haha, in some housing estate, along some Street or Ave or Lorong, TU don't ply along one. Some pax refuse to call cab thinking taxi will 'happen' to zoom pass their area, TU only main road can't get pax, than will try those 'ulu ulu' road.

  Most TU's habit, will drive along main axis than ended up either in MRT taxi stand or shopping mall taxi stand queueing, where got time to search high and low for pax.

  For midnite, if MDT ping near by, not only tear drop out, blood also come out.

  A normal 15min ride on street pax, meter fair is arround $9-$11,

  30min is arround $18-$20 depand on traffic condition.....

  For taking call, From time you bid the call + arrived pax location+ waiting time,

  You think the $2.3/$3.3 can cover the 10min time lost?

  for me if say fri eveing im at hitachi tower then png, i juz whack take pax

  frm there 1st rather than take the call frm MBFC................
