$60 for graveyard shift?? I pick up body at SGH for graveyard shift already charge $80 comparing to $50 day disposal, if cab hirer charge me $60 for even a merc, I better drive casket van.

This is a can-die timing. Not that morning peak no good, but how the body can tahan? The body clock will shut you off. Worst, from a no car ride(6hrs) to a peak hour ride(6hrs). And ~1pm sleep to ~11pm? hmmm....

but chief, for most chinese, they believe it is good for the dead to go after past midnite, at least took their last super, stomach full before moving on, if not decendents all poor for their whole life because he is hunger.So, there are lots of urgent mid nite disposal for us too, mostly are those old who pass away due to natural death, sent them from house to mortuary.

But chief, some damn urgent, must send to mortuary immediately from their house, mostly old people pass away in their homes, only licenced casket van or black police van can ferry them. And for chinese, they want to pass the midnite hour before going, tong until at least eat super before going, if not later decendents all poor for their whole life, because ah kong and ah ma still hungry.
,Once midnite pass, another day, doctor call in, we on standby, straight to mortuary, examined and certify natural death, then submit IC, together with my assistant wear mask, hand gloves, and carry them into germ protection dead bag pouch by 3M, then carry to the van, not easy hor, later we must wash ourselves to detoxicate.

Rental advise become dead man advise...hahaha
One of my friend's son autopsy dead body everyday, (should know what his profession) and he always joke with me, explaining every single parts of our body system to me, a bit disgusting but also interesting. How one can survive in this kind of environment everyday, correct, Bro Bowah.

ya man, hey, sorry for out of topic, back to rental again.Some private taxi operator rent out their cabs at $58 to $60, they put it up to get people, so do not ask why so high, because you may not need to paid deposit and also no contract, just pay and drive, these are licensed operator who rented out a bulk of cab from taxi companies at a reasonable price, then rent it out to those who want it for partime or daily basis.
Let me tell you, 20 pathologist trainee doctors come in, only about half survive, the rest changed courses, some go into neurology , ENT or other practices, I had seen many time, trainee doctor vomitting, some even wanted to faint. Not easy.
The first time I carried and delivered a dead body, sick for a week, now, treat them like dolls, if the dead one is a cabby, I will tell boss to take my share, i deliver free. And those assistant carrier who followed me are all yellow ribbon old men, all young time gangster, now old, this is only work for them.
