Just meet Quickpick earlier . He using Galaxy note liao . He recommended me to instal the useful android app from LTA . The name for the app is MyTransport Singapore , can be found on Google Play . If u have any useful apps to share , pls contribute .

i was thinking of getting an I pad,cos screen bigger and can show the routes to passengers!does it come with mouse?so at least we show them our recommended routes!although with the help of Google map or ONE map!

and BTW i won't be Qing at TErminal 2 anymore in my life!after qing for 45 mins,reach drop off,airport handler say no passengers must move off,knn all the qing gone to waste,fcuk the airport people who don't care about TD!

Actually, AP is good,
BUT
you must know when, and which terminal to Queue.
Now I concentrate on knowing the routes, driving around island. When I comfortable, then I will study the AP Arrival tables, and maybe test out some ideas about AP Paxes. This one will be much later.

Screen Off app.
Search for "Screen Off", got many, choose one with more than 4 stars, and more than half million downloads.
I find this useful because pressing the on-screen 'screen off' is so much more convenient, and easier than pressing the physical button to off the screen.

If u need something too big for a phone , too small for a tablet , try the Samsung Galaxy 7.7 , Komade got one .7.7 inch is 3G , can use as a phone . Use earpiece or bluetooth to talk is best .
Screen still looked good to me , no need magnifying glass .
Mine 7 inch Tab put near speedometer , free time i hang on my MDT .
I won't lose it , touch wood .

I advise all members to rely less on smartphones for AP infos .....
I guarantee you people , experience is much more useful than app as far as AP infos is concerned .
Or another best thing , have more friends , like Komade , need any AP infos , call him .
This is why we join walkie group .
No need call , just ask ON AIR , or private good talk buddy .
That's why i said before , drive taxi lone ranger , quite handicap one .

Those with Android , pls a must to instal Google Latitude .
One of the most frequently used app for me . U can Photo the map images and whatspp to friends your location .
How i photo those images ? press Power On/Off , simultenously with Back Space .
And also Dolphin HD Browser , together with their Screen Cut .

There was an app quite long ago where it will push information such as traffic accidents, jams etc to the phone... It is updated by users...
Quite handy to you guys but I forgot the app call wat name le...

This is a interesting concept... but I would not expect all normal cabby to embrace as it's a rather expensive investment... I would appreciate the extra gesture though...Then again, maybe the more atas cab like limo would be more suitable?
