I start first , something like that . One do and one don't at a time .
Do greet your passenger on board .
Don't scold vulgar at your passenger .

As a passenger, here's a tip, but i realize most cab drivers already do it...
- Always repeat the destination of the passenger. Last time got 1 cab driver, I say Kovan, he go until Commonwealth and on the way I realize something wrong I quickly repeat my destination... he thought I said Commonwealth but all the while never clarify
Got another time I board taxi at Kranji and say go custom, ni na beh that driver drive me halfway to Lavenda ICA there and complain I never say properly because he thought it's custom is the immigration... drive wrong still dare to say others, at least sincere apologize people respect you more... Both cases I give full fare but it's about time lah, what if i am in a rush, then jia lak... -
DON'T--not happy to pax also must smile n sorry sorry!cos pax know we r taxi driver;we can't wack him on the spot,so they yaya..if we r not TD,they either got no balls or smaller balls!DO--pax know TD cant do anything,so dun pay fare or yaya;try to locate his address or name;call other to wack him after few months or year!That's the group of my cousin frz did...wack him till he also dunno what happen!

Don't take the risk of taking 5 adults or 3 adults with 4 children. To me it is not worth as something happen "big time" like an accident, you are in deep shit. Insurance will not pay and worst if got people injuired. Second, caught by TP or LTA kenna fine. Third, if got any argument in the Taxi, they complaint to LTA, we also die. To take the risk of all the above and just to make $10 to $20.... u choose.

Don't: argue with pax!
It's like motor cyclist wanna langa car driver. You sure heavier casusalty then pax.
Pax already has sledge hammer (complain) beside him even before you all start to argue. 99 out of 100 will try to cover up their mistakes and dun wanna lose. Worse comes to worst, pax sledge hammer you saying you are rude!
Do: lun (control) until the short trip is over and pax's gone, then you can phui him 1000x!

Do confirm location with nearby landmark or major roads. Especially similar road names. For example when pax says "Farrer Park" confirm with pax issit near Mustafa or Race Course Road. Dun just any how hamtam bring pax to Farrer Road. Dun says dun have hor. I know got people who have done it ok....
And some pax of a certain race when want to go Race Course Road always pronounce "West Coast Road" I kanna a few times liao but I ask before sending. Also got once I din ask got a pax also of the certain race tell me Lok Yang I bring that bugger go Loyang. KNN he sleep all the way woke up in a shock...

Ya to me also kanna lucky while on the way think whether is correct or not.
There is 2 Pan Pacific Hotel:
Pan Pacific Orchard (Claymore Road)
Pab Pacific Singapore (Raffles Blvd)
Pick them @ Bukit Timah Road.
Thus, really need to confirm the destination to avoid misunderstanding.

Don't take images of customers insie your cab , it's an invasion of privacy , u may be sued in court . Do exchange for telephone numbers better and appointment take outside of your taxi .

Do provide good service . Don't provide regular service , tied here tied there . Very restricted movement while driving a cab .

Do ask pax which way they prefer Don't just keep quiet when need to ask .

Do work hard, smart and stay happy
Don't idle and feel unhappy
