everything same except accident reporting centre different
the blue is at loyang, yellow i not sure, somewhere in the west i think
also alot of drivers claim that citycab calls alot better than comfort
but just hearsay only, donno how true
The difference is one is Blue, the other is Yellow.
Jointly owned by ComfortDelGro and Singapore Technologies Kinetics, CityCab was formed in April 1995 through a merger of three taxi operations, namely Singapore Airport Service Ltd, Singapore Bus Service Taxi Pte Ltd and Singapore Commuter Pte Ltd. It operates a fleet about 5,000 taxis in Singapore.

now is the young world
Sonata also coming $120 .
Same to me , all blood suckers !
As for teolk's enquiries on the call ....
What CDG currenty using , the system were exactly created by Citycab .
The current system , were trial by Citycab drivers .
Then successful liao , then they merge the call centre into one .
2006 , i driving Yellow Top Cabs , owned by Comfort , but my rood top telephone numner is 6552-2222 .
But door is 6552-1111 .
My calls all solid one .
Citycab call .
Until after they merge the call centre , phui x100000000000000000000
Only Citycab enjoyed those Ang Mor call .
CTE route all Comfort go one .
Citycab all go AYE ECP one .
hahahahah
That's history liao anyway .
Now CTE u can see a bit Citycab liao .
when i was a relief for banana sonata, the calls really power
now driving blue like lesser alot
but still i can't conclude banana is better, doesn't make sense as both also same call centre

U not the only one telling me that .
U dun use doesn't make sense on their call centre , u'll never know .
If knn during that Comfort Sonata time my call like Citycab call everyday , knn i signed 10 years contract .
During that yellow Top Cabs days , Monday to Friday , 5pm to 12MN , 13 calls minimum . 16 calls maximum . Midnight guarantee 1 call .
100% of my jobs are Calling jobs , 0 Street .
People sweep type $160 at 12mn , we CityCab call centre taxis $210 at 12mn .
That time $210 big fuck leh .... meter $2.60 , booking $3.50 . 0% after 8pm surcharge .
If sent to woodlands that time , 3m surely standby one call for me go out of woodlands . What time before 10pm sure have , if not British American Tobacco , surely have .
Citycab dun throw me Inter HDB calls , all calls are getting me back to town type .
Ya I remember when Citycab first started, Comfort didn't know what hit them.
No wonder a merger was mooted, if still went separate ways, I think Comfort while of course profitable would be earning far lesser.
By far, for me, Cdg is still the best in term of call, the pattern is that if you put on sch A, pick up one call, once end trip, another call will come in, end trip again, another call will come in very soon, and this can go on until you forgo the call, it will break the chain of calls until otherwise later.
I can go on taking calls the whole day when driving for cdg and make a living out of it, but of course the risk can also be lousy pax or no show cases.
For no show, contact call centre, now got nice philipino girls there, they will cancel immediately for you without having to wait for the no show button to come out, and place you to the next nearest call available, and the this next one is usually good calls, or very nearby location. Too bad some cabbies just get fed up with no show and never want to take call for the day or switch to sch B or maintain busy.
Until now i still scratching my head why do they implement Scheme A and Scheme B when u know 90% of those drivers press Scheme B most of the time , except Scheme A at ulu places like Tuas ?
Why not a standard system , u want u take , dun want done ?
U dun want , someone else will take it .
What scheme A what B ?
The implementation of current MDT system is not an idea from CDG.
In facts, is a 'genius' suggestion by a taxi uncle.
Those time, CDG was trying to tackle the problem of TU manipulating of their MDT system.
CDG was against it at first, than they decided to put on trials, and many months of testing, it really work and solve the 'big' problem of TU hacking their system.
What's the benefit of scheme A and B? After a while of driving, one's will understand the usefulness of this system.
There's a saying, 'If you can't beat them, join them.'
'If you can't beat them, join them.'
, brother, you r damn enlightened
juz drive to ur style lor~~~~
for me bfore 1130pm - 12mn on B after 12mn then on A..........

Haha...actually Comfort usually get calls easier than Citicab.
No need to bother about scheme A or B. Just drive and enjoy all the calls. Those out of places just let it miss lor, anyway the system supposed to be between 1km diameter but sometime as far as 3 km they also give you the call. Worst off when you reject the call they penalized you. Damn it, when px no show nothing happen!!
