  They issued 915 fines,how much collected ? How many of those booked are TD ?

  Knn, TP got so much time to book offenders but no time to clear congestion on the roads.

  How often do you see TP car parked along the side on expressways etc, with a whole jam behind and in front of them, but act blur?

  Back in the 70s thru' the 90s, roads got jam, TP will do traffic control to ease the flow.

  Summon la, fair enough to punish offenders, but also do proper traffic management.

  Everything push, minor accident push to insurance, parking push to LTA, faulty traffic lights, road works etc push to Aetos or Cisco. Only concentrate on collecting money.

  Ya loh everything push to other people they only concentrate to squeeze money out of the motorist.
