Pump prices: Did all taxi companies increase recently?

  I know tat CNG prices have increased abt 30% when compare to few years ago? Silvercab increased their pump prices by 2 cents/litre in Feb n just yesterday another 2cents to $1.22/litre after discount. Can fellow bros list down all the different pump prices from all taxi companies for a comparison? Taxi companies always increased pump prices so fast but when oil prices worldwide drop, they tk weeks to lower back.............. knn ccb....... We taxi drivers always at MERCY even at our own taxi companies...........

  Its like that bro . when I join Taxi business 10 years ago , diesel price at comfort at that time was $0.49 cents a liter .

  I only know one thing have changed . Income for rental collection for comfort delgro for taxi business is S$746 millions for the year 2011.

  If i remembered correctly , 2007 or 2008 was the year where CDG diesel was at a record high. Was it $1.33 or $1.22? suddenly cannot recall.

  Those days every week MDT will flash 4 or 5 cts increase. See also sian but wad can we do?

  i remembered i pump close to $42 or $44 for 300 km , steam.

  those who joined in recent years , u havent a CLUE wad the old farks like me been thru.

  Old farks like me and pool went thru SARS ( farking ghost town everywhere) , low fares , no CBD surcharge ,no 25% , no 35%, same rental rates , record diesel prices.

  so please appreciate the restructured fare and abundance of pax now and stop posting abt fuel increases! cos ! u cant do a shit abt it!

  As a note, when I  drive for silver cab, they also give coupons to offset the 1.22 price, one day, 2 coupons only. Per month, they issue one month coupons with all the dates to hirer, he or she just leave it on the cab, hirer use once, relief use once.

  SMRT also $1.22,i think all the company increase it at the same time!who suffer? taxi drver!
