Many say driving taxi to make a living put luck as most important,but if u are the type who rest more to chit chat than driving,GOD will not help u. The best days to drive is just as significant. HOw can u be lucky in the wee hrs of 12mn to 6 am ?

in the wee hrs of 12mn to 6 am , in every part of singapore, there is a place to go , cannot reveal here, if not everyone flock there then lobang pichiak, become OBK

Can try Marina Pier @ midnight . David Chong should be there smell wind . Can also try Asia Sq , now all flock to ORQ and MBFC , i now go Asia Sq . DBS and Hitachi Tower history for me , Battery road also . If around Tampines , try Airport T1 . Can try until 1.30am . Go round and round inside town is still the best option . But i heading to base directions .

Luck means 50-50 gamble dunno if got fare to pick or not ? Try means 100% got fare , it's the duration u need to pick up that fare . U wanna try your luck at Tenah Merah Ferry Terminal at midnight 1am ? The gate already close leh , so u went in , gate closed , aiyo no luck ? U created your own no luck lah . I dun go in try luck knowing the gate will be closed at 11pm . Lucky i got brain . -

Luck? Better try at any of the two casinos here.
Hardworking? Sure got your harvest when you look at you pocket at the end of your shift.
Driving a 10 to 12 hr shift is enough to earn you a simple living, dun expect our income like the CEOs.

The key here is if it is your shift, you work hard, drive, see and learn, you sure to get some paxs and create a few patterns of driving that makes your graveyard shift more and more profitable.
But if do not drive, keep idle at home or kopitiam, sure to hv no pax lah.
For me, after 5am return cab at change shift lavender, near our chief fav food centre, my graveyard shift start, the calls will come in to confirm where to take the body, I bathe and change to long shirt with tie, coat and shining make in china PVC shoes, then go to people house or block nos 9 SGH to collect the body, sent to funeral or graveyard, after sending 2 bodies only, I go home at about 1pm, bathe and sleep. If nite no driving, i go out with family, eating also got advance call to tell you where to pick up the dead body tomorrow. Sometime I mix up advance call for taxis pax early AP and casket van...knn

in driving taxi,u need a strategy,if ur say stuck in a certain place,use ur brain and think where u can find passengers,and u will find it!u need to know where got potential passengers not anyhow drive blindly!like i one time drive into punggol ave 17! ended up dead end jungle!

Is it possible to rely solely on bookings for 12 am - 6 am? Especially for comfort taxis.

waiting for calls from 12mn to 6am is akin to a chinese proverb:the farmer waits all day at the tree for a hare which will faint after knocking on a tree. this lazy method to earn a living is never recommended. U must know which spot have 24 hrs operation,target these places. 2 IR,airports,Woodlands checkpoint,SPH (at TOA PAyoh & Genting Lane),MAcdonalds at ECP,offices in CBD area.that is all I know.

Some members i knew used to do that .Once reached Eastside , chiong CBP , half Q at Citibank Changi Business Park , half wait for call .
A few days ago at about 12.30mn , at Penjuru picked 3 Ah Nehs to Tuas South ave 8 , at Tuas South saw a Comfort Sonata wait call until window all blur , think he fallen asleep .
Sent them in , and picked another 2 Ah Nehs to Kian Teck Cresent .

I would say , 6am start , by 2pm , 8 hours , should be able to get a decent salary .
