  Some td & pax are unreasonable,demanding & even hard to handle. if u are one of these 2,what will u do? these are just few of many many examples: Pax closed door hard,td talked back that for the fare u paid going to spoil the door. not happy. td tells pax to drop off at the main rd,not entering the carpark td v black face when pax pay w $50 note td refuse to fetch for short distance travel inconsiderate pax eat & drink inside the cab

  ans: if spoil, take pax name submit to your company and let them claim

  ans: this is not a problem, very common

  ans: either you prepare enough, or inform pax first when coming onboard that you got not change already

  
  td refuse to fetch for short distance travel

  ans: quit driving taxi

  
  inconsiderate pax eat & drink inside the cab

  either tell them nicely when they  about to eat or you can turn on the outside air flow in button

  actually sometimes it's a give and take thing... like if it's raining, i need shelter, td will smart or common sense drop at shelter inside carpark... but if i know td changing shift or rushing time, i can drop anywhere convenient... arguments arises when both parties refuses to give in.

  How many demanding and unreasonable customers we have ? Everyday ? Every week one ? Every fortnight one ? Or not even once for the last 1 month or so ? So what's there to design how u gonna deal with it ? There is only one answer : Sent , collect $$$ and f*ck off . Mine pax majority max 30 minutes per trip , been despatching that way , and quite successful , why worry so much ?

  How hard can the pax slam the door? So easy spoil meh? Never heard slam door too hard will spoil leh.
