  Seems likes Tds isnt let off the hook for drink and drive.

  Got a blow test this morning at bedok reservoir. Now very advance dont even need to step out of car, just put device near your mouth while the mata kia speaks to you.

  Green light means all clear. less than 3secs nia.

  Yup, last time, those old equipment very lousy, have to keep blowing, then try again, end up, most driver learned how to do a Blow Job, for lady driver, no problem, one time sure pass, cos most are trained.

  Last time after Lavender session also kena blow session , so i counter ask mata kia : " Sir , coffee level too high got problem ?"

  Yes, some TDs drink and drive also, years back when i was handling over to a weekend relief, he was holding a can of beer waiting . When i ask him can drive meh ? after drinking . He a bit stone. anyway I drove myself back, half way tire puncture, he too steam to help me change, end up i change tire by myself ...

  My first relief of supension becos of drink driving. He told me he siew chia at around 3+am and when for a drink. After driving, he went to Ubi to pump diesel, suay suay before reach kiosk kenna block by police along ubi.

  If you had a drink after driving, but because you're responsible, don't want to drive, never ever sleep in the driver's seat with the engine on. Better still don't sleep in the driver's seat. Sleep in the back seat or front passenger seat. You can be charged for being in control of a vehicle whilst drunk and still lose your license.

  Another thing any admission of guilt to any police officer in a traffic case is admissible as evidence in court. In criminal cases it's only to a Sgt and above. So if you admitted to drink driving and was found in the back seat, you can still be charged for drink driving depending on breath alcohol level.

  There was such a case once, where a driver parked on the side of the road and slept , but in the driver's seat and admitted to drink driving to a police officer. He was charged with drink driving, but  I think he won on appeal, but anyway he still got convicted for being in control of the vehicle.
