No lah, Cdg return quite ok, small dents they do not mind, even if you got a broken light or door or bumper a bit dent, they do recommend you some of their auto shops to do in a cheaper way.
Like once one of my hirer return with a broken rear light, the inspector ask him to go loyang look for some guy who take care those heavy accident, he got all the original external spare part, from light, bracket to bumper, cheaper and yet original. The Quote was $350 no include Gst, he go there only $50, came back, swee swee return and get deposit back within a week.
The demand, the effective and efficient system (which can never please everyone), the well trained and paid admin peoples, the call structure, the disicpline and the scale of it and the branding makes up all the waiting of 4 months to get a new cab from Cdg

Not that I want to bad mouth here. You know what I received today from Transcab? They ask me to settle with them $5XX bcos after deducting the 2 accident cases which is 50/50 there is also damages to my cab and they charge me $5XX. To begin with they already hold my money (Deposit + Incentive) which is pending insurance to close case then refund me. So on paper is they still owe me money right? Now still have to cheek to ask me for more money if not they will "PROCEED TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT" against me. I very scare loh.....
To begin with, I ask them about the details of the case pending like case number and insurance company of the other party so I can check with the insurer about the case. They cannot provide me, keep telling me they will keep me updated or I can call or come down check with them. There is no transparency at all. Who knows when they case will close, and also the settlement amount. So even if the case is settle 50/50 they can simply tell me they lose the case so eat all the money. Anyone care to advise me on what to do? I have the means to recover back the money through legal means but I dun want to make things ugly. That's why I am still holding back. But now I am being push to the corner. How?
Proceed to file a civil suit for $5xx??? tell them to go ahead, this farking cab company think they are so big and their corporate lawyers can tekan people with a claim of only $5xx, I think the court will laugh until the cow come home. You want to sue a cabby for $5xx??? Big news lor
What you are talking with are just unprofessional admin people, the situation is simple to comprehen, "they just do not want to return back your incentives and deposit", with a $5xx tag on it, you can never get that amount, and hopefully, they wish you give up asking them further. This is what they wanted, very unethical business.
What you can do is go into SCT, small Claim tribunals, but this may need your lawyer advises, because there is a lots of paper that need to fill up and certain representation during registrar meeting of both parties. The fees is about $50, and within 2 weeks, a letter will be sent to Jasmine desk asking for representation of court proceeding.
Trancab management + you and your lawyer + the court registrar will sit down and settle it, once the settlement cannot be reach, the court will fix a date for the hearing, which both side must prove and show their case, and a final verdict will be announce.
But if you had joined NTA, please go to NTA, they will fight for you free. The court takes NTA as a sole representation of Taxis unions in singapore against Trancab Pte Ltd

2. $2140 + 14 DAYS + TOW CHARGE 2 weeks later, or
3. $2140 + 14 DAYS + TOW CHARGE + COURT after that 2 weeks, OR still if want to fight then..
4. $2140 + 14 DAYS + TOW CHARGE + COURT + OWN LAWYERi suspect this RED GANG might be COLLUDING with auto insurers to eat taxi drivers whom they are betting, dont have the knowledge or the guts or the resources to pick up legal battle. means, they are challenging taxi drivers to surrender 100% once they are scare.
hammer so this is your answer. it can also be your worst nightmare from now on.
i already checked, getting lawyer to fight them start at about $XXX for consultation and maybe first 1 to 2 letters, if cannot work out then to $XXXX, then still cannot means may become $XXXXX. they are challenging you to eat small shet now or eat bigger shet later, and they are hoping no one will take the lead to challenger them back, becos everyone is still waiting for that FIRST HERO to lead the first step.
No worries. I will have my way to deal with them.
