Hey Guys! Last saturday keep having passenger asking for Nets, Credit Card and EZ-Link payment. So ended up quite a few uncollected cash on hand... Questions.... How long will they take to pay you back? Is there a different between credit card and Nets or EZ link? I went to my internet banking only to discover $5.22 payment from transcab. I got 4 cashless payment; Visa - $6.55 Nets - $6.22 Amex - $25.71 Nets - $22.54 So how do I know which one is it for? If I remember correctly, transcab e-payment for Nets only accept DBS and POSB right?

any cashless collection over the weekend (Fri - Sun) reimburese on Thursday...
Nets & EZLink... 30 cents extra - goes to the bank... eg fare $10... payment $10.30... TD still collect $10 nia.. the 30 cents the bank take...
credit cards... +10% + 7%.... fare $10... payment $11.77... TD still collect $10 nia... the rest the bank n govt take...
Wish - Amex, Visa, Master, EZLink, Nets - Posbank n DBS onli...
Epica - Visa, Master, Nets - All Major Banks...

keep all those recepits to track...
so far... khoon cashless all swee swee... every single cent take back...

CB Trans cashless lah. Useless one lah. New machine cannot accept AMEX, Old machine only can Nets DBS/POSB. epins also cannot. Corperate card also dun have. Take so long to return you the money. Want to keep track also difficult because NETS, VISA, AMEX all different timing for processing. Then they deduct rental with cashless refund. The online portal also CMI, transaction also not clear. You will get confuse and if they eat your money also you dunno.
CDG one best lah. Dun care what NETS/VISA/MASTER/CAB CHARGE/EZLINK next day see money. The portal best. Can see transaction clearly with date and status. The portal also can bid job, change particular, see statement, check levy to be paid.

Advantage of CDG cashless is.. those TD's lazy to bank in rental, every day ask pax pay cashless up to the day rental amount so dun hv to bank in rental can offset from the cashless received... once cashless amount enuf to cover rental, next pax want to pay by cashless juz say machine spoilt lor...

transcab cashless is very swee , they wont run your money. sometimes will delay but $ will still be in. Amex payments are not 3 weeks anymore. Can be as fast as 3 days.
if u are still not clear , meet up for breakfast and i will guide u how to use the POSB debit card.

should be $11.07 only. the 7% is only applicable to the admin charge ($1), not the fare ($10).

key the fare (as shown on the MDT) into the machine...it will auto add the rest...
