Many ex-bus drivers & ex-MRT drivers switched to become TD ?

  They used to braked hard on buses & trains ,they are so used to this way of driving that they can not change this habit,so when they drive taxi also can not change to properly bring a car to full stop w/o braking hard that caused jerks & jerks.
