New rules to minimise misuse of taxi "on-call" signs

This common hotline comes in sequence .
First on the line is CDG taxis , follow by SMRT , TransCab etc ... base on population of taxis fleet .
To me , it's a blunder .
I dun want to say anymore , cos of the blunders , i survived .

The Farking NTA is like a lame dog of the LTA, what the fark is LTA barking about, anytime, we cabbies can go and challenge them in any courts about who said there is a misuse of on call?? Isn't that a defamation to TDs??
Govt already said, Taxi driver are self employed, running their own business, which is also meaning at our own risk, so, in a way, we are no different from selling chicken rice in a rented stall, we want to close or open is up to us, chicken rice sell well in the afternoon and evening, open in the morning for fark, same goes to TDs, as business, self employed peoples, we do our business in a cost effective and efficient way.
If one can play with on call sign, one can also play with busy, hired or changed shift sign, so what is the deal here, pax complain only entertain, TD park for a while or Q a little big longer, LTA officer come disturb Taxi Uncles, make our life miserable?? Please lah, NTA talk some sense into them.

No pax name, and no location of destination, will only mean back to square 1. Just look at the fare increase, it's nearly back to square 1, that's what happens when policyholders do not understand or consult those who actually deal with it - the Tds.
Taxi stop or stand with limited number of cabs followed by enforcement action, which TD wants to take the risk?
All talk and action that have no real effect in settling the issues on the ground. Let's just play the merry-go-round again.

This kind of statement on the news can only further tarnish the image of Taxi Driver, it portray to the public that we Taxi Uncles are farker and alway the farker, geninuely on call because some cheapos cannot afford to call taxis, they start to claim people put up on call sign, if you drive Cdg, who can put up on call sign without call??
And as such, LTA further assume (ass u and me) that Taxi companies did not enforce their driver to take call, leading to pax unable to get cab?? You unable to get a cab, our problem??? knn.
Just took a ang mo girl from a bus stop along river valley to Bishan, she is sweating and looks very angry but courteous to me, she said, the bus written 12 minutes wait, but she had been waiting for 25 minutes and no bus, she even use the word fark the bus. Now is LTA going to to anything for no bus??? bus drivers or companies problem???

The recent announce surge in 50s CPF contribution by 2.5%, NTA president did asked Ministers on how about Taxi driver, can govt help them in asking Taxi companies to help them to top up their medisave, as I read in this news, the Minister replied, Taxis driver are self employed, they are the boss of themselves, this is only for employee with employment relationship. Fark men!

Ya self employed so cannot tekan us mah. Pax complain ask people go back Sin Ming lim kopi. In actual fact WE the HIRERS are customers to the taxi company. If WE all dun rent cab from them they can close shop liao. It is WE who let them earn money ok. Still want to disturb us. Haizzzz

What is the best move to improve on such issue ?
All Singapore's taxis ... all be equip with one single network .
Yes 25,000 taxis all using the same MDT !
Central Controlled by LTA .
Levy goes to LTA for their money spent on one single network .
As for CDG , they can still use their current network , for the existing corporate customers .

If i were LTA ..... i will use the common hotline , this common hotline , the telephone numbers , will be easy to remember like 6555-5555 .
6-Find find find find find find find , finding the nearest cab .
Now , they will despatch to CDG , but with this facility , they will despatch to , from the smallest to the biggest .
CDG already so busy , of course this people will dial this common hotline have to wait lar .

Anyway , if LTA dun understand what i am saying , and goes on despatching those calls from common hotline to prioritise biggest company , it doesn't matter to me .
It in fact , benefitted myself .
The more commuters wait , the more they listen to music , the more i will benefit .
The more local got a cab from calling , the more chances i will get .
The more the system cock up , the maximum benefit i will get .
I am slightly in control .

in short , common hotlines will be best , goes to nearest cab that is available , not base on ranking .
In order to achieve that , a single MDT with a single network or server must be there .
But of course , LTA will protect CDG on this . They will not react to that .
Cos CDG will lose millions of dollar in revenue , and that will not be tally to PAP's business philosphy .

Last time 2 colours and now 8 colours taxi. LTA want to full filled the pax's expectation. Coz 60 % vote for PAP.
Humans are lazy by nature. Pax simply want a taxi like magic but the culture here is not the same as in any other country.
Ah Kong should do research about the TDs here in Singapore. Its not like you can bring snow to Singapore.
The latest revision in taxi fare is a joke . It really does not increase in TD's income. THATS THE FACT.

last night at Woodlands checkpoint thought why no queau,actually LTA enforcement officers there,max 4 taxis!what a joke!everywhere we get harrassed either by LTA,security guards,maids,lorry drivers,big BMW cars,ordinary cars!fcuk them all!
