effective 5.3.2012 0800hrs pump price increase to 1.15.
only $1.15 per litre ?
still the cheaper option of fuel than anyone else .
cdg drivers really cannot complain too much with such minimum increase , wanna try CNG ? hahahahaha
with cdg initiating the increase , members from smrt , premier and transcab do update us on the price changes from your respective taxi diesel sales .
True it's the cheapest, but as I said CDG really know how to squeeze, when to hold on and when to let go.
Knn last April the rate rose over several weeks and finally reached 1.13. Ok fair enough, Libya crisis etc, oil price go up. Knn when crisis over, oil price went down, they act blur never re-adjust down. Now, again got crisis, they raise.
JRaj , remember during the early 2000 , CDG diesel vs Esso Diesel , always around $0.10 differences per litre , how they adjust , up or down , still around $0.10 diff , now esso vs CDG , so big gap .
Esso 18% , also got points to redeem somemore that time .
In fact i rarely used CDG diesel , although cheaper , i always pump Esso for the points and convenience .
And POWER !
Only regrets , i never tried Caltex and Shell diesel before .
Heard Caltex diesel damn powerful , but clean wise , Shell diesel is cleaner .
Less black smokes according to old birds .
CDG's diesel made from local SPC .
Cheaper , but lower grade of diesel , just one grade down i heard from those from Axxon .
Just for those who are curious ....
CTOA member , aka NTA members who wish to pump CDG diesel and earn Medisave payment from Comfort , pump price is $0.10 more per litre than non NTA members .
Meaning $1.25 per litre . And end month CDG will credit Medisave into your CPF account automatically .

Hi Poolman, is it the same as "Drive and Save Scheme"?
0.02cts increase per litre X 15000 cabs is quite a sum.
This is what being big in business is all about, it got the economic of scale to muscle thru. If the fleets is only 4000, it would had been different.
premium already up 2cent to $1.20 on 25th feb
to my understanding CDG is always last to adjust their diesel price
So CNG got increase?
