  Well, passenger may not be aware cabby has to pay daily rental and fuel consumption. There were cases where passenger take advantage of Cabby by asking them to look after their belonging when they take their own sweet time to move their part of their belong to their home without compensating cabby for their waiting time. And when cabby rejected their request, they will complaint to taxi company that the cabby is unhelpful, irresponsible .... . I urge taxi companies t o scrutinize each complaint carefully, customer are not always right.

  When the meter is running, passenger is not taking advantage of the cabby. When meter is not running and the passenger asked the cabby to wait, that is taking advantage.

  I think you should be a bus driver if you are so mindful of these types of issues.

  Or you should not go changi airport and major shopping center to fetch your customers.

  A job is a job..and if clients, passenger or customer thinks of too much consideration for a person's job..this type of considerate issue will never end...a service job is to make others happy and not to pin point their behaviour as being slow or inconsiderate in hopping in/out of a cab..besides..a cabby only faces the passanger 15-30 minutes ONLY...Cheers!

  since being ask to look after things then tell pax you will charge different lor.

  not a ferry job, more like babysitting type, tell pax $10-20 or what ever you like , cannot complain one lah.
