Taxi companies only buy 3rd class insurance,not 1st class ?

  If not why drivers have to pay for damages if it is firrst class whether they are at fault or not the person that caused the accident ?

  if it is first party, then you will pay much higher rental

  anyway it is thirty party not third class for insurance

  rental car, leasing vehicle include, all their insurance are 3rd party with excess amount stated by each individual insurance company

  am I right to say:I m not at fault,the other party who hits me pay FOR ALL MY REPAIRS AND LOST OF INCOME.i DO NOT HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT FOR REPAIRING MY TAXI/CAR.

  but why my TD friend waiting at/behind traffic light bang by a lorry,SMRT did not fight for him , he still have to pay about 1k to SMRT for repair the taxi??

  how you know what happen in front and at the back?

  in front tell td his fault make him pay, end up most tds pay and quit and switch to other taxi coy

  behind continue to claim the other party without td knowledge.

  knn take money from 2 party, i would like to say this, especially happening to smrt compare to other taxi coy.
