  My friend from SMRT got a minor accident w small dent reported to the company becos he refused to pay damages to the other party as he was cock sure he was not in the wrong becos his taxi got hit when stopping behind traffic light. Later company made him pay $500 for the repair(not fighting the case for him) Fed up throw key. Another friend told him should have settled privately ,do not inform SMRT what u all think ?

  this is not the first time happen to smrt td when accident was not the td fault

  any minor accident which is less than 1k , it would be best to settle outside .

  any private settle please remember to put it black and white to safe guard yourself

  told them one of the front cover signal broken,but nothing done,they r doing the servicing substandard so as to quickly release the vehicle to u!they don't want downtime cos they will be losing the rental charges!

  my cab tyre tear. od. go co. co just replace FOC. and no way can justify as wear and tear.

  another kaki cdg tyre tear. od (same kind of damage). cdg make him bleed.
