  Mr Tharman said the government will scrutinise operators' accounts. And should operators ever turn a profit or make lower losses, the government funding will be reduced correspondingly. B4 buy 550 buses, why gahment not scrutinise the operator's account first. Should operator has profit, squeeze operator lampah to buy buses so no need to use taxpayer moni.
