cdg epica, very unlikely, Epica being a similar class as sonatas, it is hard for Cdg to justify a change of similar class.
Cdg had already structured themselve toward sonatas with a good contract and servicing centres in place, getting a similar version would need to re engineering their servicing and manpower issues.
And all these dig into business cost which end up having the same class of vehicle, epica cheverolet , whose predecessor is daewoo. Daewoo went bust ending with the American cheverolet taking over to produce car for asia market. The car is still korean make, can have a bit more horsepower than sonatas but less spacious inside.
What we anticipant will be hybrid kind of stuff, the camry hybrid may be in the picture, I saw their testing vehicles 4 months ago, it will takes up to a year for them to see the condition and endurances that vehicle can tolerate.

I know got 2 camry hybrid being tested, SHC 2911 and SHc 2910.
But 1 time my previous cab was towed, the driver told me he had towed both those vehicles, at the time only 3-4 months old for some technical problems.
I doubt CDG will be buying a lot of vehicles this year, not after they and the rest raised COE prices over the last year, now even crown is being extended, wanna drive crown, got $800 signing on gift and referrer gets $500.
