budget 2012 reveal private car owners now can buy diesel cars . Special tax were taken out . Of course diesel.go up lar . Special tax can be as much as 2000+ a year . Now crude oil also go up globally . All pumps will go up. Economy if not for mbs and rws , singapore will be in tchnical recession now. who say economy good ?
