learn some wing chun... very good for close proximity fight.
But i think give money better.
But then again... who knows... after you give him money... he will still stab you. So better to fight it out...
If not, see if got chance to get one tazer to zap the pertrator or not... haha

He takes a knife and then asked me, you WANT money or life? funny question, asking me if I want money, not he wants money meh??On the other hand, if people wants to rob you, they will not bother to ask all these questions, one knife or rope on your neck, ransack your pockets and compartment liao, still got time to ask meh?

Last mth taxi robbery case in Yishun happen to be my friend..... Big size merc driver, the face you see like bouncer type....the robber, skinny skinny one, si ah beng whole body tattoo but for fun, not pai kia one..... When knife came out, my friend can't even think properly, what he want just give, and the robber get away with just $100 butt.... When the robber been caught, my friend had a good look at the boy, knnbccb, better don't tell people, lau gui, but it really show, when in the nick of life and death, size doesn't matter......

Normally those assholes targetted aged over 55 years old type of cabbies .
I ever told my colleague , how to deal with it they asked me ?
I told them : " Open the door and run .... like Forrest Gump ! "
Don't stop , but dun forget to bring your handphone along .

Robbers got a knife , my friend got a baton , so u think who will win ?
If robbers got whacked by baton , cabby got caught , both will go jail .
Robbers will get rotan , but not the cabby .
Cabby is self defense .
But either be fined or jailed , or both , but not rotan .

I dun carry any weapons , but i cannot say 100% of cabbies are like me .
i know some of them do carry equipments for self defense .
to what many told me , robbers that used weapons to rob are cowards , u bring that stick out , they'll run !

Because Singapore Police are rubbish when come to assist to cabbies .
So after so many years and heard so many stories , sorry SPF , we just gotta take the law in our own hands .

He said that to one fellow when that fellow want to rob him .
He told him : " U robbed and kill me , if i die , u jiak lat ; If u robbed me , i never die , u also jiak lat ."
The robber ran very fast !
For me , if they got guts , they have to kill me to get my money .
Cos if i died , my family will be better for sure , got insurance money mah . House got HPS , home protection scheme , better right or not ?
My life in Singapore is not any better . To die is better than to live .
Singapore is not a place to live , die is better .

that's why i chose to keep quiet when driving . cos pax cannot judge what kind of people i am , but by opening our mouth , we actually can expose ourself , expose our friendliness that people can take us for granted .

i can say i am not a service orientated driver . . . i only give good service to certain grade of people . During midnight or late evening , i try to play the same game i did over the years . I street pick depending on area and people i see . On call paxes are so much better and safer . On Call paxes dare not rob . They rob all their details on the MDT . Only street paxes are potentially robbers . Thats why i chose not to pick certain grade of races , they are to me highly potential life at stake paxes .

In Singapore , certain places are potentially high risk u can have contact with potential robbers . Places like Boat Quay , which was dominated by certain aged group . Potentially high chances they ganged up . Another is Geylang , mainly Lone Ranger . Jalan Sultan another place i see as place for most wanted people . Little India also another places . U can see some similiarities , these places are for drinking , partying and women . Any places with drinking partying and women , hugh risk u will have contact with potential hazards .
