For Trancab, they are at the mercy of hirer, without hirers, which is getting less and less, the objective of earning money is gone or reduced. So if they still go head on and terminate their hirer like cdg, they may end up with no hirers, therefore, it makes sense that they support their hirer more than customer complain

try out ddifferent timing... den see how to balance enough sleep vs collection...
coz with not enough sleep... pax standing infront of your cab also can miss...
even for day... khoon still experimenting different timing... sometimes start 6am collection can be better den start at 4am...

night driver pattern many, especially those smart one don't join Q, they know where to stop. some night spot just monitor pax moving pattern you will know

For me, starting at 4 am, results are very much touch n go unless you hv regular pax.
Start 6 am you kena all schoolgoing n everybody rushing and everywhere jam-packed.
For consistency, 7.30 am seems just nice but I can never wake up on time.
Thus I start engine at 8.30 for my first current call most weekday mornings.
PS, I live in punggol n calls from 7.30 am onwards are never a problem on weekdays.
