Recently I got call back to HQ to do a refund for overcharging pax. Then when the staff told me the route that I drove. I am pretty sure that I never went. Moreover the refund is more than expected. So I buay siong liao. Then I went to the same pickup point and drive to the same dropoff point. As expected, the refund is not even half of the earlier said amount.
I even check with the staff what does the gps show the second time. It is not correct again. Not even that, it is different from the 1st time I drove. With the same pickup point and dropoff point it can shows 2 different route. What a surprise to me!
Another thing which surpise to me is the way the reds come out with the refund. They actually ask the others fellows TU how much should the fare should be. And they take it as it is.
I can only blamed myself for not knowing local roads well that I can make a right turn into the carpark. Or there will not be a overcharging case.
When the company gps is our last concrete evidence to prove our location. What happen it fails. Guess we have to die c**k standing.

the gps system which HQ is using.
since when the MDT got gps?
bo we don't call them Fish Sellers .
Nevermind lar , refund amount wont make pax a millionaire , and definitely wont make me a millionaire .
If that refunded amount can made them fat , by all means , take it .
If TransCab in anyway , that amount can made their customers happy , by all means , take it .
Won't kill me either , that little amount we paid to see their sub-standard attitude , worth it .
Right ?
