  Hi brother,ask simple question ,when I Q at setosa casino,Do we can collect $3 extra location fee.Where have location fee?I only know changi is one.

  we send passenger into CBD ,can colection ERP fee or not ,I not sure,

  Hi Just_do,Do you means Uiversal studios ,casino, .....(in resorts world sentosa) ha ve Surcharge $3,right? today I ask  $3,but passenger say not have,I not sure,so let her go la.I Q long time ah.

  Any Hotel's lobby within the RWS premise carries the surcharges.

  Yes RWs casino, hard rock lobby, festive hotel lobby and st michael lobby 24hrs $3 surcharge if pick up pax from there.. Erp? Meter auto add.in wor?

  Send pax inside CBD is pax pay ERP. But if say stop pax before an ERP gantry with no way out also can collect the ERP fee from pax. For example Fuji-Xerox tower....

  1. look at the chart of your taxi company given( should have) normally in A4 size of other size, keep one in the taxi , when not clear can take out to clarify

  2. there should have a chart at the taxi itself at the right/left rear glass door mention all the charges, what to collect and what pax needs to pay.

  make sure you know what need to collect or else effort wasted

  3. all taxi company website have all charges to refer, you can view also

  i always forget to charge passengers the CBD!one thing we gotta press K2 until we arrive at the CBD chargeby that time passenger will be complaining what i was doing with the meter,trying to addmore extras?i hope the CBd charges and airport charges the meter can auto in so that no misunderstanding with passengers!

  A junior cook must at least knows where is the wok and pan

  An apprentice machinist must at least knows where are the cutters and tools placed

  A newbie cabby must at least knows the basic fares and surcharges before you move in, otherwise, with a agar agar, tikam tikam 50/50 not so sure kind of face toward pax, what you expect the pax will think of you? a blur cabby will alway get chopped, a smart one will chop the pax. Be sure and confident in what you are doing, people look at you with respect and sometime fear.

   

  If you do not know the road as a new cabby is ok, but if you do not know the fares, the surcharges,  put yourself in as the pax, what will your think of this taxi driver?

  you pick pax from outside into cbd - no cbd charge

  you pick pax from cbd to any point , then you can collect cbd $3 charges

  get your charges correct before you start driving, wrongly collection may end up you kena complain if pax keep quiet but later lodge complain, worst is that they complain direct to lta.
