Suppose to get my incentive today as promise when I return key anytime later then the last day of the month. Today go check account no money come in. Anyone got theirs today?

If the incentive day falls on a Saturday.... you got to wait until Monday.
When I returned my Mercedes Cab... everything "swee swee" settled. Transcab are here to do a business... they won't want to tarnish their image just over an incentive given to the driver. Everyone in the industry knows that Transcab protects their drivers more than passengers.
So, just wait for a few more days before jumping into conclusion. Returning cabs are abit more complex.
If you near Defu, just go down and ask for a monthly statement printed. Everything should be reflection inside....
They "might" even send you a summary on the final balance to be transferred into you posb a/c.
As stated in the terms & conditions (Hirer's agreement), they can uphold our security deposit for a minimum of 2 weeks. Thereafter, do a final settlement then.

usually last incentive will be given back together with deposit...
especially if the cab need repairs...
they will minus off repairs cost den refund the balance into account...
approximateky three weeeks...
