For Sonata, be old or new versions, 1 out of 100 got problem on dashboard lighting.
Check it, look at the digital clock with blue LED lighting, switch on the headlamp, if the blue LED clock still on, lights on AC and gear panel are on, then is confirmed OK.

Also, for old ones, check the engine room, if got plastic steel patching especially near the wheels, guarantee accident one lah, if got more plastic steel patching, must be a damn serious accident. Any car that got accident before is guaranteed out of alignment, becareful.Once I went west coast 2nd hand car to help a buddy wanting to buy a second hand car, a Altis, sale guy insist low mileage as shown, accident free, knn, open engine room only, see patch here and there...forget it.
Once engine is out of alignment, after driving a while, about 20000km, you find lots of play on the steering wheel, your turning will not be accurate, cranking sound can be heard from the rear wheels and pixels due to centre axel out of alignment after impact.
New sonata faults as we download from west coast pier is the electrical problem, they have a problem in stablising the discharge of power, result in bulbs blown due to sudden overcharge, usually the rear tail lights, front lights and brake lights get blown.
The korean hyundai engineer told us, alway off everything, from aircon to lights before killing off the engine, and also start the engine first before on everything. And that apply to all vehicles.

Moment of truth , just got a call from CDG , ask to come down tomarrow to get the taxi 3pm , already print the list all the seniors guided me to check , keeping fingers crossed 1 more question how to get HDB season Parking , do i need some sort of letter from CDG to show i lease this taxi so i can apply for the parking ticket

Season parking CDG fark care one lah, you go to your town council, tell them your block nos or the parking block nos, usually with A or B or C at the back of a number block, they will issue you the decal once you pay for it, you can opts for giro or monthly payment.

To apply for season parking , u must get a letter from taxi company to provide to HDB .
Then HDB will issue you a season parking , if not , they will not issue you any .
