  I read an article that says pax in HK show their 2 0r 3 fingers to get a taxi immediately.It, means the pax is willing to pay 2 or 3 times the metered fares. Maybe in Spore we can have this unwritten practice of pax willing to pay 20% or 30% instead of 2 or 3 times. This is also how market force works in a free economy,how about that ?

  This practice leads to many problems. It has ramifications for many trades and professions. Best is stop dreaming, and find a better way to collect bigger fares.
