Maximise your profits by all means but never at the drivers expense. Have a system where the well-being of the driver is placed high, be more people oriented.
Was relief for CDG , then hirer .... then 2007 , fare hike , calls gone , owe taxi rental 8 days , told to go .
Not actually call gone , was they kick me like football .
At Suntec gave me Golden Mile .... At Penjuru bus stop gave me Jurong Island , then saw another taxi from Jurong Port kena call at Penjuru , where i park and wait for call .
At Plaza Singapure kena Capital Sq .
At Dhoby G kena Serangoon Plaza .
At Centrepoint kena Far East Plaza .
Worst , at Tanjong Pagar kena sentosa island .
Some worst one was at Bugis kena UOB plaza .
At Millenia Tower kena Tanjong rhu .....
At Suntec kena Marina South ....
Like that lor ..... before fare hike not so bad at 2007 , after fare hike , phui .
CDG calls was okay .... until they come out with what suspensions , what Auto call , what cashless , many patterns .
Never take NETS , got call from HQ .
Cancell Advance , morning get call .
No Show and run , morning also get call .
I dislike their system where once they lift your suspension , next call will sent you to far far land like Woodlands .
Their despatching system simply sucks . . . cannot kena right infront of you , must U turn one .
Damn funny , u wait at DBS Bank will never kena DBS Bank call , will surely kena John Hancock taxi stand .
So u need to u turn and turn , by the time u turn there , pax gone !

hahaha driver well placed and put their interest first? ? pls name me one taxi company that does that?
Lets just take for example , Transcab , if they put their driver's interest first , they would not have removed the MBS surcharge for day drivers , they think they are like CDG ? with plenty calls? Its just a simple perk for the driver but yet they removed it.

Poolman, me not hao lian here. All the issues u mentioned here r cumfark 'sins' i do as a matter of SOP.
Dun want to use NETS? Very easy to force pax to go cashless one. Its how u talk. No need to be rude either.
U bid a advance job or premier job n want to cancel? You must use the correct excuse. Cumfark got guidelines for everything. There r actions that lead to suspension, and there are magic excuses that work. Dun abuse it too much though.
No show n run? Not sure if my method works for current bookings, but i can confirm it works for advance bookings. Tested my method many times liao. No letter or calls from them for months already.
Sorry I cannot reveal exactly how its done, because if everyone knows, I wont be able to use these tricks anymore.

Now scheme B can reject .... old scheme 3 rejects one hour .
Fuck them lar .... those who thought i am negative , esp those road sweepers , TransCab do give you some peace of mind driving a cab .
Some people no call will die one . Then stay on or move on .
Some no e-voucher or cab charge cannot drive one , stay on .

Customer call no taxis around , cdg taxis most suspended , no suspended one go Woodlands , Yishun , drliver roti ..... town still no taxis .
Then what ? Come out with Scheme A and Scheme B , at the first place , suspension shouldn't be there .
We pay them good money for the system , not working for them .

Anyway , Comfort still got people join . . . not because they are good .

Anyway , if talking about "self interest" . . . without CDG calls , i am so much happier with Lake View calls , 100x better .
