Penalty fee for late handing over cab

Hi Guys Do you have this system. If have, how much penalty fee imposed would be fair? KNN, my relief alws hand over cab v late (eating into my peak hrs). Really piss off with him liao:(

For me, if hirer hands over late or I hand over late, we already set an agreement, base on rental fees, let say $48, for 12hrs, one hour late 48 divide by 12 = $4, so if he is late by an hour, he needs to compensate me $4, 2 hours $8 and so forth. Then if 1.35 hrs, round up to 2 hr, all these must be agreed, and also cannot do it often, if so, throw the farking relief out. This is only for extreme cases like last pax go up airport and get jam or on the way back, pick up a pax on the way to nearby. Each must call the other that he will be late, so that one do not did to go down so early and wait, then get frustrated
And all these, both hirer or relief must communicate, I find that most hirer and relief drivers lack communiciation, maybe a 15 minutes in between hangover communication is good for both. For relief, beside ALN, i can said, I am also the best,

I dun believe in such penalty or leeward.
Since got chance for such loop hole, ppl would want to abuse and maybe create more trouble.
I believe that if we decide on the changing shift time, die die must adhere to it, no if, but.
If my ex-hirer would want it that way, I would stick to it.
But he (knn) say one thing and do one thing, I also confused.
He said sometime if I cannot make it on time because of blah blah blah, just send him a sms so that he would be down to wait for me. So I took that as a leeward, can "cham siong" type, so I eat into his time, 5 mins, but never more that 15 mins. Then he started nagging till not end what you need to earn money, I also need to, best is dun eat into my time..
was thinking, if's that's what he want, then tell me all those sms things for fuck?

My relief everyday sure late by 15-25mins. Sometimes 1 hr- haiz me shake head.. Today is the worst, late for 2hrs. Reason he gives is tat he overslept!! I think penalty system also not workable cos no doubt the loss hr is compensate. But we lose business opportunities during the peak hrs. Haiz gotta think of something else

Like all other team, hirer and relief work in these way
1. First both Come together, very happy, hirer and relief talk non stop, greet each other, like long lost friends, then go sign up as relief, promise this and that, ok with this and that, no paper, no signature and no contract of work, and that start the relationship in rainbow color
2. Then slowly the can feel the storm brewing not far away, problem start to rise, why no top up full, why rear got one dent never inform, why alway late or take taxi early than the time agreed, both start to be wary of each other
3. Then come the big storm, start to have disagreement, blaming each other for this and that, everything also have reason to evade and argue about, each threatening each other, both can olso turn to become silent or play endurance game with each other.
4, Then finally, the storm is over, the sky is more clearer now, things start to get better, and each know each other characters and habits, and each start to accept each other way of driving, give and take and able to tolerate each other.
5. At the end, both become good partner, can jokes and drink kopi together, this is when teamwork is at it best, each helping each other out, each sacrifice time and space to accomodate each other.
Of all these step, teamwork is about
1 initial big bang
2. storm brewing period
3. the storm
4. after the storm
5. back to normal
This also apply to any other relations, be it girlfriend or wife or just friend.
And usually, the only time when people throw key or sack the relief is at the storm period, sadly, not much team get thru the storm period in taxi hirer and relief relationship

This guy pattern is eat ppl but don let ppl eat 1. Aiya.. better don make him jobless during CNY la, no gd for both party.. After CNY will have a frank discussion with him liao, cos my other weekend reliefs also KPKB his late handing over timing. -
