Divorce Law have to be tough.

Lets make divorce more difficult by law, maybe this will encourage married couples to work out their differences before even seeking divorce.
The key word is to encourage people not to divorce, not prevent.

Any implementation of things started out with good intentions. Things still turn unpleasant.
Looking at the other side, making things difficult may also mean that couples filing for divorce gets into a more bitter/ugly battle. Tougher divorce laws would not help in less marriage break-ups. It is only a blanket statement that would bring more pain/suffering to couples, who geninuely needs to end the marriage.
Just a thought : when you are thinking/preparing to get married, you will go and find out and information about divorce laws? -
how tight...if someone who like to flirt and fool around u think they care about how tight it is.
just like the law for drug trafficking death penality leh yet still got ppl dare to take the risk.
no matter how tight the divorce law will be it will nevr be death right so i guess there r bound to be ppl breaking it.
