I dont know why the fuck my parents keep forcing me to cut my hair and now TO ME it looks like shit ..coz its so fcking short...to them ,they keep saying its nice..but who the fuck cares?do i care how they think how i look?i only care how i think i look and how my friends think i look also wanting to ask...how many teenagers 14~17 here keep long hair and how many short hair..(LOng hair as in nOt soooo long until your butt or something,just something that is medium thick,back mediumish long,fringe till cheek and side burns till cheeks also.. )i mean i loved my old hair style so much,......and wtf my school dont even care about hair coz its international ...ccb i dont even know why they fucking wan me to cut ...nice for them so whaT?!i care?

i am 18 this year, i keep my hair short and neat, although i know i look like a tard.
but at least i feel good about myself.
in ten years time. u will know that all they did is right, and you will be slapping yourself why did you not listen to them.
look at all the most sucessful people in the world, Warren/Gates/Dell/SimWongHu/LKY do they have long hair?
short hair also can be nice, just how you going to style it.

i was like u when i was young, and i believe alot of pple here also. THis is something like being influence by surrounding people/friends. You mention ui r in INTL school, and nobody cut hair except u. Cos everyone has long and messy hair except u, having short n neat hair, so u feel kinda dun belong to the same group. What if everyone have short n neat hair? and u are long n messy? U might think of go n cut to be same as them. This is something like influence by surrounding.
U are still in ur teens now, after a few year, u might have different view.
No parent in this world will harm their kids, so jus listen to them, they care for u, and want u to be good. U should be glad that they even bother minor thing like ur hair, if they dun bother abt u, i grantuee u will learn bad thing very fast. Just see how many useless teens u see around singapore? Not studying, all dye hair, talk loudly n vulgarly in public, smoking, u think they are cool? If ur parent dun bother about u, there might be possibility u will end up like these batch of useless fool. Few years down the route, these fools will wake up n regret very much that they wasted their youth year, not studying n doing bad thing, rebel against parent, or hate their parent for giving them too much freedom n not controling them, or regret they never heed their parent advice.
U should really feel lucky, n fortunate that ur parent still cares about u.
True friend will not laugh at u for having different hairstyle with them, not smoking with them etc.. So u dun have to worry about frenz might laugh at u, made fool of u of ur short hair. If these frenz do, they are not true frenz.
U r still young, so heed ur parent advice in some matters.
