  got consider getting those ready made ones from those "bbq wholesaler" type of companies? I know it's more expensive, but it's easier and convenient

  The food will not be enough one lah. I tried them once and I'm so disappointed. The bbq start at 6p.m. the food all finished by 7.30p.m.
