This is not a private gathering but rather a private outing. Any forumite is allowed to join provided they are willing to part with a small gesture for the food (raw if they preferred it cooked that way) and feel comfortable.
I understand from previous, previous, previous and previous bbqs, we have stalkers, non-payers, peeps who paid more, peeps who paid less, peeps who paid somewhat nothing and peeps who were forced to pay for nothing.
The concept of the BBQ is great, the difference is we try to not make everyone feel marginalized.
If you are not comfortable with the idea, you may let us know what can be improved.

we hope to bring back our old memory we have.
This outing is special, is only open to ppls who have resigter nd pay up to us ...
to reduce unsincere participate. Hope to have your understanding.

That is currently handled by the Billing Department, once Billing Department collects, then Finance Department allocates for spending.
I'm in charge of marketing department. Have to wait for Group CEO (Susan) to confirm the Billing Department Head and also the Finance Head.

Side note: Of course, I would wanna cheat a few million dollars instead of $15 though. But fifteen is not enough for taxi fare if I wanna to cabut.
