Doing high impact martial arts like TKD, Karate, muay thai etc got bad side effects.. (or mayb jus me) like when u grow old u will get rhumatism i've been havin it even in my late 20's... So many injury last time haiz...
Its mostly adviceable tat when u got injury dun ignore it n No ice water =x.... will make it worst.. seldom ppl post on this thread i wonder y.. hmmÂ
Martial arts is v fun de no matter wat kind is it..
Jus imagine i go bak to training now all my bones will break stopped so long already =3 miss those days *haiz*
Guess other den e few of us no takes up martial arts anymore?
