Hi all,
I need some clarification or advise on some issue that i am facing now. Your help will be very much appreciated...
I have recently resigned from a well known pest control company & find that they are doing back date deduction. So called back dated deduction as in, they deducted my Nov pay for oct/sept used to be MC & unpaid leave.
Why i say used to was because the manager promised an early confirmation & told me that i can apply for AL & MC which which can be claimed & offset once my leave is in. I did apply for MC claim & AL & was approved by my manager & HR. Due to the fact that i did not received my letter of confirmation, when i tender is base on the contract terms 24 hours notice. Now they begin to back date those claim & deduct from my this pay chq. My question is, are they allow to do that? Is there a way i can fight this? My falling out of this position is because i couldnt agree with my manager actions not because of any other issue.
Anyone who knows about these stuffs please advise..
Best Regards,
DMA
